TD - Fractional window shopping
TD Bank launched Fractional Shares, making it possible for novice investors to own a piece of the world’s biggest companies. There was only one problem. We couldn’t legally show the logos of the iconic brands, nor could we mention them.
Where everyone saw a barrier, we saw a window of opportunity. Literally. We laser-cut a window on each custom ad, then strategically placed them where the iconic logos already existed - storefronts and offices.
Each placement was positioned at the precise angle and distance to reveal a fraction of the logo, perfectly aligning with TD’s offering, while avoiding any trademark infringement.
We didn’t just find a loophole to promote our product, we made investing more approachable and accessible to a younger audience.
